Cosmic AI Chat is still in pre-production. A monitored public support address and response expectations must be confirmed before launch; we will not invent contact details in the meantime.
What to include
For a product issue, record the page URL, steps, expected result, actual result, device and browser. Do not include full birth details, chat transcripts, passwords or other sensitive information.
Privacy and accessibility
Privacy, deletion and accessibility requests will receive dedicated routes when the responsible contact and operating entity are finalized. Those details must be published before account collection begins.
Security reports
Potential security issues should be shared privately with the project owner rather than posted publicly. A formal security contact file and disclosure process are launch requirements.
