Calculation and interpretation are different layers
Astronomical positions and time-dependent astrology data must come from deterministic, versioned calculation services. Traditional meanings and AI explanations interpret those calculated facts; they do not create them.
1. Astronomical calculation
Birth-chart positions, aspects, sunrise, sunset, Panchang factors and Muhurat windows require coordinates, historical timezone rules and a versioned ephemeris. If that calculation layer is unavailable, the product shows an unavailable state instead of generated values.
2. Traditional interpretation
Astrological meaning comes from interpretive traditions. Different schools may use different zodiac systems, house systems, ayanamshas or rule sets. Production results should disclose the chosen system and assumptions.
3. AI-generated interpretation
Claude may turn supplied, verified facts into plain-language explanation. AI output is labelled, can be inaccurate and must not silently introduce planetary facts. It is not used to generate astronomical data or live SEO content.
Corrections and versioning
Methodology, ephemeris and rule-set versions should travel with calculated results. Material content errors should be corrected transparently, with time-sensitive pages regenerated through validated publishing workflows.
